Vendor Food Sampling
- Food sampling and demonstration and farmers' markets or community events - No license is needed to sample small amounts of food for promotional or educational purposes at a farmers' market or community event.
- Cottage foods producer - A registered cottage food vendor can sell non-potentially hazardous food items at farmers' markets, community events, online, and directly from their home. Sales are limited to $18,000 per year or less, training is required, and all sales must be directly to the end consumer.
